What is a nootropic?

A nootropic is a cognitive enhancer, a type of “smart drug” that improves memory, concentration, motivation, mood, and even creativity in healthy people.

How does OPUS work?

OPUS works by combining 7 research-based, active ingredients that are clinically proven to improve memory and attention while at the same time reducing anxiety, stress, and preventing age-related cognitive decline. Additionally, it also supports normal brain functions by preventing severe and irreversible damage due to deficiency.

Have the ingredients in OPUS been clinically studied?

All of the ingredients in OPUS have been shown to work significantly in clinical studies. Most are tested in double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trials. You can read more about the ingredients and the science.

Why these ingredients?

All of our products are designed to maximize function while utilize only the safest and most effective compounds. The ingredients are carefully chosen to minimize possible interactions that may produce unwanted effects in otherwise healthy individuals. We believe in a less-is-more approach when it comes to formulation and recommend only the right and necessary amount of ingredients and dosages optimized for maximal results.

When will I begin to notice a difference?

OPUS: Noticeable difference from baseline generally occurs after a continuous daily consumption of 4 weeks while significant difference happens at 12 weeks. Most users experience immediate benefit within the first few days. However, like all supplements, your results may vary due to your diet, health, and many other factors. We recommend that you take OPUS daily for at least four (4) weeks while optimally for three (3) to six (6) months.

How do I know OPUS is a safe product?

OPUS uses high quality ingredients sourced and manufactured in the USA by an FDA approved facility. It does not contain synthetic fillers, lubricants, artificial colors, preservatives, or unnecessary additives. It contains no magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, or sodium benzoate. It’s free from allergens, GMOs, and also gluten and soy free.

Is OPUS vegetarian/vegan?

Yes. All ingredients in OPUS are free from animal products. It is encapsulated with plant capsules and safe for vegans.

Can I take OPUS with my coffee?

Yes! OPUS is optimized to be taken with caffeine. It is recommended that you take them with your morning cup of coffee or tea. However, we understand that everyone reacts differently to caffeine, so OPUS is free from caffeine and will work perfectly without it. But if you choose to do so, you can control and regulate the amount you wish. Should I “cycle” OPUS?

OPUS is formulated to be taken daily as a long-term brain supplement and in most cases does not need to be cycled. Ingredients gain more potency over time and do not build tolerance in the body.

How long will it take for my product to ship?

Orders received before 12pm Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm Pacific Time will be shipped the following day. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. You will always receive an email when your order is shipped. All shipments come with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery time is between 1-3 business days, depending on the location. Delivery schedule is not guaranteed and does not include order processing time, bad weather, or other delays. For US locations outside of the contiguous United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders of three bottles or more. Otherwise Standard Domestic shipping (1-3 business days) via US Postal Service is only $6 for all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Express delivery is available for deliveries within 1-2 business days and starts at $30 per shipment. Overnight is guaranteed within urban areas, and rural areas take 2 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, and European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain) via US Postal Service. Shipping prices are automatically calculated in the cart.

International delivery time is based on your chosen delivery method:
-International Standard (1-3 weeks)
-International Priority (6-10 days)*
-International Express (3-5 days)*

*Priority and Express shipping not available in all countries.

You will receive a notification of your shipment along with a tracking number. Your package will be trackable through an International Electronic Delivery Confirmation (E-DELCON) on the USPS tracking website and usually from your country’s national postal service website.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, all 3-Month & 6-Month Pre-Paid plans will be shipped all at once for our international customers.

We will be offering shipping to the following countries in the near future:

Brazil, Gibraltar, Iceland, Israel, Malaysia, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, Turkey.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries not listed above due to the inability to keep track of the package’s full tracking scans from pickup to delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.

Please note that you will be responsible for all import duties in you country. We are unable to anticipate or calculate the cost of import duties.

What is Fresh Monthly Shipment?

Our 3-Month & 6-Month Pre-Paid plans ship out a bottle of OPUS to you every month from our latest batch to ensure quality. You will always receive the freshest bottle delivered to your doorstep.

What if I want to receive all of my bottles at the same time?

For your convenience we ship out the freshest batch of our product to you every month under the 3-month and 6-month plan. But we certainly understand that some of our customers travel overseas or just want to receive all of them at the same time. Simply let us know in the Order notes section in the Checkout page or send us an email and we will ship all of them to you at no extra cost. Please keep in mind that our products need to be stored in a cool, dry area and away from heat and direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

My bottle is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

We will replace any product that has arrived tampered or damaged. Please contact customer care and we will send out a replacement right away.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our prodicts, you have 365 days to evaluate it before contacting us for a full refund.

How can I get a refund?

We will gladly issue you a refund. You will be asked for your full name and address. Please allow 7-14 business days for the charge to be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund is applicable to one bottle per household for every 365 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refund for Fresh Monthly Shipments will be applied to the last shipped bottle.
